It’s March, which means St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner. What better way to celebrate than an excuse to eat Lucky Charms (like we need one) and cupcakes?!
This is an adaptation of a Martha Stewart recipe. Here’s why I love it: it only makes 6 cupcakes. Sometimes you want a sweet treat, but don’t need 2-dozen cupcakes. This is especially helpful when it’s just the two of us.
This was also an excellent opportunity to make cereal milk. We soaked Lucky Charms in milk for two hours to infuse the flavor. I think you could go even longer to get more flavor.
