What’s for Supper?

For this week’s meal planning, we focused on the easy side. The menu includes:

Monday: Cajun Salmon with beans (recipe here)

Tuesday: Hearty Salad (recipe here)

Wednesday: Shake ‘n’ Bake Pork with mashed potatoes, asparagus, and applesauce

Thursday: Frozen pizza (it’s golf night)

Friday: Cheeseburgers, fries, frozen hot chocolate

Saturday: Date night

Sunday: Fajitas

Our grocery list also includes lunch items (marked with “lunch” next to it).
