One of the official signs of summer is a BBQ, a staple of warm months. Nothing compares to having friends and family over – enjoying food straight from the grill, playing yard games, bonfires, and beer. Here some tips to start your new summer tradition (or spice up your current!).
Here are some highlights of the Pig and Pretzel party!
Food
Break out your grill! We had a plethora of food, including: pork, chicken, and ribs. Check out this my favorite rub recipe here!
DIY
I’m a huge fan of party favors. A party favor is something tangible that people can hold onto… look back on… and remember your amazing party.
For this party – I used my Cricut (!!) to create these great, customized beer coozies. I simply used white iron, customized my template, and ironed on. The whole project took around 20 minutes!
My final DIY was a festive garland – which is so fun to make, especially with kids. For the garland – I used my Cricut, a whole punch, and butcher’s twine (to match the theme).
Happy BBQ!
